Who am I? - is perhaps the most fundamental question in order to awaken spiritually. It requires openness to our belief systems, and willingness to revise our automatic answers through experimentation. My true identity cannot be understood intellectually, but can be directly experienced, surrendered to, and expanded into.  Only then will it be possible for me to transcend all the functions I have chosen to carry out in my life.  On this page I share my own story of awakening and links to the teachers I have learned from.

Workshops and lectures - Talks, brief workshops on spiritual subjects such as meditation, self-realization, healing, relationships and also retreats from a weekend to a week are offered. 

The vision - to experience the sweetness of the heart is a challenge for all people and not only of a few visionaries or enlightened ones. The heart is capable of understanding and resolving all the questions that the mind does not even begin to ask. In time and through balance, the mind will integrate the understandings of the heart and surrender.  Otherwise, when we forget who we are and restrict ourselves to the mental patterns that we've inherited, we are destined to fragmentation and suffering because of our total identification with the mind, body and emotion. We can connect to the Divine Source inside and experience it directly. To awaken spiritually is only the beginning of the trip towards our true identity as we renounce the deep anxiety and yearning and strive  to know who we are. Self-realization is a relative and individual process of conscious reconstruction of our True Identity.  We learn to create an outer reality from the heart and with conscious attention, moment to moment. It is a great challenge but absolutely necessary in this crucial time of humanity. The human expansion of consciousness is necessary to sustain life on this planet and advance from total fragmentation of collective consciousness to a new paradigm of humanity as interconnected beings, who take responsibility for their projections in the adventure of the Creation, side by side with other intelligent races.
