Who am I?
Who am I is perhaps the most important question for Awakening. In a true awakening process, questions are essential, and what’s important is examining the automatic responses of our belief system, being willing to dismantle it and receive answers from direct experience, not from information provided by others.
I am an ordinary person like you, who has explored myself in matters of identity, reality, and the meaning of life in a process of inner searching—from complementary perspectives of science and spirituality—and shares this with others as a guide to awakening on the path of self-realization. About 25 years ago I created the method called Soul Healing (in Spanish and Portuguese TDA) which I teach, and heals our deep sense of separation as souls leading us to self realization. According to my vision, Self-realization is not a determined inner state of consciousness, rather it is the recognition of the soul – or the individual consciousness – of how it projects itself through time and space from the Source (or “Self”) and its growing capacity to abide naturally within the Self or the Source of creation.
My goal is to transform people’s lives toward the happiness of simply Being.

Short Biography
My biography is not who I am, but rather the brief “official” story of my experiences.
I created the “Soul Therapy” (TDA) method, based on a unique worldview inspired by science and spirituality, and on the fact that all journeys of consciousness can be undertaken using only three elements: intention (heart), attention (mind), and breath (body). I have been teaching this method for over two decades in three languages, mainly in Spain (10 cycles), Brazil (5 cycles), and Israel (8 cycles). This path is based on meditation and healing the experience of soul separation, and its goal is the awakening of human consciousness and the return to the Source of Being and inner happiness.
Currently, I also work as a mentor for young people in Israel and other countries.
My journey began very early, as a child, when I looked at the stars and questioned the meaning of life and why I had come to this world. I grew up very close to the Mediterranean Sea and used to dive into the water, holding my breath after exhaling, in the lotus position, for as long as possible, simply to find relief from this existential pain.
On my path, the first area I explored was science. At 16, as a young scientist, I visited and studied at a nuclear center. At 17, I represented Israel on a delegation in the United States.
I continued my studies with a diverse and extensive academic background at various universities: Technion (Electrical Engineering), a master’s degree with honors in comparative literature, the thesis on interdisciplinary theories of literature and quantum mechanics (Tel Aviv University), and I completed 10 years of doctoral studies on the Zohar in its Sephardic version (University of Granada, Spain).
In Spain, after the consecutive deaths of my two doctoral tutors, I founded a self-realization center called “Raíces” (or Roots in Spanish) in Marbella with my then-wife, where I taught for five years. Simultaneously, I obtained a certificate in healing, channeling, and therapies from the British Association and subsequently retreated to live in nature in a Mongolian tent with my family for a year and a half to write my first book in Spanish. After the book’s publication, I began teaching at various centers in Spain, Brazil, and Israel, and documented over 200 YouTube videos on meditation, healing, pattern transformation, channeling, astral travel, remote viewing, and self-realization processes with people in three languages.
To date, I have published articles, poems in several languages, and two books in Spanish and Portuguese, each totaling over 300 pages: “The Path to One Self: guidlines to the Awakening of Human Consciousness” (2012) and “Our faces of Divinity: Your unique Journey to Transcendence” (2016).
I was married for 32 years and accompanied thousands of people on their journeys of growth, including couples, childbirth, various stages of education, and death or their “transition to the Other Side.” I am the father of two adult children who never attended a regular public school nor had any experience with allopathic medical treatment, and I witnessed with them fantastic processes of birth, childhood, growth, and adolescence.
I dedicated time to alternative education for teenagers, volunteered at the Clinical Hospital of Málaga teaching cancer patients and the medical team, collaborated with associations such as Andrés Olivares and AFENES, a support center for families of young people with schizophrenia, at U3A, a university for the elderly in Spain, and various other associations, including the “La Sonrisa de Melania” association. All of this aligned with my work with the Soul Therapy method.
I am passionate about playing various musical instruments (piano, ethnic percussion, harmonium, tanpura, flutes, pantomime, and others) and have participated in several musical ensembles: medieval music, flamenco, oriental music, and Sephardic music.
To date, I have lived 30 years in Israel, 21 in Spain, and 7 in Brazil, as it was necessary to acknowledge and remember my past lives, especially in those countries. I received initiation into various spiritual traditions, which led me to dedicate my time to the awakening of human consciousness through retreats, workshops, personal consultations, and conferences.
Currently, in Israel, I dedicate myself to workshops on post-traumatic healing, supporting grieving families, cancer and other serious illnesses, as well as supporting young leaders.
Inspiration
In my journey of self-discovery, I received great inspiration from key figures, decisive moments, and spiritual traditions that I would like to mention: I left Israel to live in Spain in 1997 to investigate my family and spiritual roots after receiving a scholarship on the Sephardic studies at the university of Granada; my sister’s breast cancer paved the way for me to understand the importance of healing in conjunction with meditation and showed me that illness can be a great spiritual teacher; working with Jennifer MacKenzie, an international medium, from whom I learned the art of healing, channeling, and clinical regression to past lives; practicing meditation (at that time with Christof Aziz) as a path to enlightenment that transcends spiritual traditions; working with Pablo de la Iglesia, with whom I experienced divinity as the essence of our identity; the writings and figures of Ramana Maharshi and Anandamay Ma, who have always inspired me with their presence, compassion, and humility; But perhaps most importantly, an initiation at Hirkhan Babaji’s ashram, when I meditated in his cave in the Himalayas, after which I dedicated my life to the Awakening of human consciousness.
There is a long list of other masters of spirituality, science, music, and literature, without whom I could not write these words and to whom I am eternally grateful, but I cannot mention them all here. Today, my guides are the trees and the mountains, the animals and the plants, my partner and my children, my friends, my students, and all beings of this relative reality and the spiritual plane, in which you are also included.
I invite you to become part of this family of Awakening of consciousness on Earth.
